【Introduction】
This product is the new organic silicon polymer adopting the new synthesis methods, combined with double modified functional group and organic silicon compound technology.
SR - 183 D is mainly used in synthetic fiber (such as full polyester fabrics, nylon fabric, acrylic fabric, artificial wool, polar fleece, coral fleece, etc.), compared with the general amino modified silicone softener, it can give the fabric good soft fluffy and low yellowing performance.

【Advantage】
1. Provides fabric soft, smooth, bulky handfeel.
2. Have the self-emulsifying property, can ensure the stability of the diluent, and completely solve the stick cylinder and roll banding safety problems.
3. Low yellowing, especially applicable to add to white/undertint fabric

【Dilute methods】
This product is a high concentration product, when using, should dilute first, then can be applied to general textile post-processing, dilute with cool water, it is suggested that dilution ratio by silicone oil: water =around 1:4 .Dilute with cool water, first add weighed silicone oil, then add a small amount of water, and then open agitator, stirring and at the same time add the half of the water into dilute kettle slowly, agitator running 10 minuet, then add the remaining water to the needed content, stirring around ten minutes, can get a blue light transparent to translucent emulsion, stop stirring, filtration, ejection of compact.
Note: when dilute, don't add all the water at once; need to have a self emulsifying process, to get qualified products. Please dilute according to the dilution method strictly.

【Usage amount for reference】
Dipping methed: 2-5%(o.w.f), 30-50℃, 20-30mins, dewatering, drying 100℃.
Padding method: Dosage 20 - 50g/L, 120 ℃ preliminary drying, finalize the design 150-180 ℃, 50 seconds.
This process is for reference only, the user need to test it before producing to confirm.

Packing:          50kg/120kg/polyethylene drum
Storage:          6 months in sealed container under cool, dry, ventilated place.
